This policy lists what you may not do with SmartPOSWizard. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Illegal, fraudulent or deceptive activity
Don’t use the Services to break the law, process payments for illegal goods, falsify sales, tax or time records, or deceive guests, employees or authorities.
2. Security and integrity
Don’t attempt to access other restaurants’ data, bypass PINs, roles or device enrollment, probe or overload our systems, or introduce malware. Report vulnerabilities to us instead.
3. Payment data
Don’t enter full card numbers, security codes or bank credentials into order notes, guest names or any free-text field.
4. Employee and guest data
Only collect the employee and guest information you need, with any notices or consents the law requires. Don’t use time-clock or order data to discriminate unlawfully.
5. Content and conduct
Don’t upload unlawful, infringing, hateful or harassing content, including in menus, notes and receipts.
6. Resale and competitive use
Don’t resell, sublicense or white-label the Services without a written agreement, or use them to build a competing product.
7. Enforcement and reporting
We may remove content or suspend access that breaks this policy. Report misuse to legal@smartposwizard.com or security issues to security@smartposwizard.com.
